Bike tour in Franciacorta

Proposed bike tour starting from Agriturismo Cascina Carretto - Via Costa, 60 - Erbusco (BS)

Meeting scheduled for 8.30 am and departure at 9.00 am; out of respect for all participants and organizers we recommend maximum punctuality.

The proposed tours are easy (bicycle touring) but require a minimum of preparation, having to ride for several hours, so it requires sportswear, better with shorts equipped with pad, sneakers or hiking and a backpack for personal needs with a possible rain cover (for superstition), a water bottle for water, a helmet is a must. Clients will be accompanied by a guide certified by the National Academy of Mountain Biking and a MTB Master qualified school AMIBIKE.

The cycling will take place in Franciacorta on dirt roads within the vineyards of the famous wineries of Franciacorta, white roads and paved roads with little traffic so you can admire the beautiful scenery, hidden corners and ancient villages of the area.

The proposed tours can be modified or customized according to customer requests by giving three days notice before departure and agreeing on the costs.

We remind you that there may be changes due to delays in departure, prolonged stops or accidents on the route (bicycle problems, punctures or simple fatigue of the participants); in case of bad weather the guide will evaluate whether or not to carry out the route.

First Proposal

A 16 km long itinerary (8km one way and 8km return)

With a difference in height of 180m, it takes us to visit the Spalti di Rovato, along small roads in Franciacorta with little traffic, arriving in the historic town square. After reaching the Big Blue Bench at the foot of Montorfano we will return. This trip is also suitable for families with children in a carrier (trailer tied to the bike).

Second Proposal

A 21km long itinerary with a difference in altitude of 200m (ring tour)

Along small roads with little traffic in Franciacorta leads us to the center of Palazzolo sull'Oglio in the beautiful Parco delle Tre Ville with a short visit to the Rocha Magna and the Tower of S. Fedele. This itinerary is also suitable for everyone, families with bikes with carriers.

A ring tour with passage from vineyards to Franciacort wineries, from Torbiere to Iseo Lake... 38 Km.

Pedaling along roads and cart tracks away from traffic, discovering Franciacorta among hills and historic vineyards, discovering villas and castles through history, passing from the peat bogs to Lake Iseo in beautiful oasis of tranquility, an itinerary of 52 km with a difference in altitude of 500m.

Itinerary of medium difficulty, good skills are required.
